Brennabu camp school opened in 1965 and was founded by Eli and Oluf Brenna. The camp school has 160 beds. Brennabu AS (Inc?) is privately owned. Line Lunde Hovrud is CEO.
The altitude is 850 metres above mean sea level with quick and easy access to the high mountains, as well as forest areas. The nature around the camp school is safe and varied considering the activities for the pupils
Brennabu Inc employs 18 people, where 7 of these are teachers hired by the county Vestre Slidre for the camp school. Administrative functions, booking and contact with the schools, as well as the hosting functions are maintained by the office at Brennabu AS (Inc?). The educational department is responsible for the programs, both educational and not.
