Brennabu was the first camp school in Norway to be environmentally certified. This is an important job for us, both in relation to pupil communication, but also in relation to all our other guests.
Working environment
Here at Brennabu, we often talk about the Brennabu family. We work closely and are therefore concerned with openness and well-being. We are concerned with diversity and the environment, and experience many benefits with colleagues from several countries, different genders and ages.
Our safety representative has had a close dialogue with the general manager and carries out annual safety rounds with associated reports and measures. We carry out employee surveys every year, which are followed up with reports and measures/improvements.
As part of the increased use of digital solutions, we use a share-point solution for our HSE and communication work. This is a mobile-friendly solution that is suitable for all employees. Also, those who do not sit in front of a PC on a daily basis.
