Terms and conditions for groups (not camp school classes)
Payment of deposit
After the order is confirmed, a deposit will be invoiced, this is called a financial advanced payment. When the deposit is paid, this will be a mutual security to show that an agreement has been made. This will at the same time be a confirmation that the cancellation terms have been agreed upon. In case of late payment, a penalty fee will be added. In case of cancellations due to various reasons, the deposit will not be paid out.
Billing of stay
The group will be invoiced collectively by email or other equivalent electronic invoicing. The invoice is emailed after the stay.
Cancellation
- In cases where the stay is cancelled later than 6 weeks before arrival, the group must pay 50% of the total price.
- In cases where the stay is cancelled later than 2 weeks before arrival, the group must pay 75% of the total price.
- In cases where the group does not show up, and the stay is not cancelled, the group must pay the full price.

Cabin rental is billed 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation
- In cases where the stay is cancelled later than 4 weeks before arrival, the group must pay 50% of the total price
- In cases where the group does not show up without cancellation, you pay the full price for the booked cabin
The age limit for booking is 23 years old, and it assumes that this person attends the stay.
Prices include cleaning.
