After an amazing trip along the sunny side of Vasetvatnet, where cheeks were lightly toasted, and the snow was as soft as a BrainCooler, it was refreshing to pay the cold pool a visit. It wasn’t located farther than a backhand drive from the majestic Vaset Bridge. A short swallow dive, and all memories of sweat and warmth disappeared as quickly as my Pit Viper sunglasses.
The only negative is that one must take the ice bath with skis and fully dressed. It was also a lot of upward hills back to the resort, so it was possible to stay warm. Woollen layers close to the body is recommended!
